EXPって？

EXPは経験値の略で、貯まるとそれぞれのショップのメンバーズカードが取得できるようになります。

メンバーズカードって？

メンバーズカードを持っていると、それぞれのショップで「会員限定アイテム」が購入できるようになります。

メンバーズカードは、どうやって手に入れるの？

メンバーズカードの入手方法は2種類。

■方法１：それぞれのショップで購入。
■方法２：ショップごとに設定された「必要なEXP」が貯まった状態で、それぞれのショップにある会員限定の入り口から来店すると、入店したショップのメンバーズカードを入手することができます。
クエストをどんどんチャレンジしてＥＸＰを貯めよう！！
（会員限定入口はショッピングワールドに隠れているので探してみてネッ♪)

»「会員限定の入口」が見つからない場合: ※入り口は、ショッピングワールドで「ここかな？」と、気になる場所をタップすると、すぐに見つかると思いますが、どうしても、わかならない場合、「◯◯ショップの会員用入り口を教えて下さい」と、お問合せください。

IDとパスワードを確認したい

IDとパスワードの確認は設定メニューから確認いただけます。
iOSの場合、タイトル画面の「SETTING」をタップして下さい。
Androidの場合、スマートフォンの設定ボタンをタップして下さい。

	タイトル画面の「SETTING」をタップ
	ログイン情報からユーザーID・パスワードの確認ができます

Androidの場合
	スマートフォンの設定ボタンをタップ（※ご使用の機種によって設定ボタンの場所は異なります。）
	ログイン情報からユーザーID・パスワードの確認ができます

LIRA（₤/リラ）って何ですか？

LIRA（リラ）は、アプリ内で使用する「仮想通貨」です。
リラを使って、それぞれのショップで買い物ができます。

LIRAはどうすれば増えるの？

リラを増やす方法は、次の3つです。
・クエストでの判定結果
　（判定は、S～Dの5段階。Sが一番多くリラをもらえます。）
・追加リラの購入
・キャンペーンコードをお持ちの場合は、コードの入力
　（※「SETTING」→「キャンペーンコードの入力」よりご入力いただけます。）

LIRAをお得に買うには？「リラ安」って？

RagazzA13では、リラの換金レートが日によって変動します。
「リラ安」の時に購入すると、通常購入よりリラが増えて、とっても『お得』です。
換算レートは設定画面から確認できます。

キャンペーンコードは、どうやって入力するの？

キャンペーンコードは、設定画面の「キャンペーンコードの入力」をタップすると入力できます。

What's the EXP?

EXP are the Experience Points, which can be accumulated to obtain the Members Cards of the Shops.

What's the Members Card?

The Members Card allows you to purchase exclusive items in every shop.

How do I get the Members Card?

There are 2 ways of obtaining the Members Card:

1. You can purchase it from the shops.
2. You can obtain the Members Card for each shop by accumulating enough EXP, then entering the shops from the Members entrance.

See if you can find all the entrances hidden in the Shopping Street!

» If you can't find the Members-only entrance:: Though the Members-only entrances can be easily found by tapping on specific parts of the Shopping World, if you're having trouble finding them you can ask for help using our Contact Form.

How do I check the ID and the Password?

The ID and Password can be checked in the Setting Menu.
On iOS, tap on [SETTING] in the title screen.
On Android, tap on the Setting button of your smartphone.

What is the Lira（₤）？

The Lira is the virtual currency used in the app.
Use the Lira to purchase items from the shops.

How do I earn Lira?

There are 3 ways to get Lira:
・ By getting ranked in the Quests (there are 5 different ranks, from S to D. The S Rank guarantees the highest amount of Lira)
・ By purchasing it through the BUY LIRA button
・ If you have a Campaign Code, enter it in the appropriate box under the SETTING menu (SETTING > Campaign Code)

When is convenient to buy the Lira? What is the "cheap Lira"?

In RagazzA13, the exchange rate of the Lira varies daily.
We recommend to get the Lira while it's cheap, as you can get more at a lower price.
The exchange rates can be checked in the Setting menu.

Campaign code, how to enter?

Campaign code, you can enter by tapping the "input of the campaign code" of the setting screen.
